~Sell~ (CA40-Fused) High Iron Calcium Alumiate Cement
Made from high iron bauxite and limestone of high quality through smelting in electric furnace, cooling and then grinding.
Character & uses:
1. Without free calcium oxide.
2. Main phase is CA.
3. Used as coagulant in Portland cement to accelerate hardening and to shorten time for a project.
4. Used to confect self-leveling screed. (Self-leveling Screed is composed of cement-based cementation material, aggregate, filling and additives. It has fluidity under the state of mixing newly. Or spread out complementarily and it can flow and make screed by itself.)

6. Used as ceramic adhesive.

Then the clinker is ground into different sizes. Additives are aslo added in some varieties. Our company offers over 10 varieties of aluminate cement now. Character & uses:

1. The setting time is normal. It's quick hydrating and hardening property makes high strength in short time. Its strength can reach 30Mpa in 6 hours after hydrating, and 50Mpa in 24 hours.
2. It is easy to blend and this is important to concrete and mortar.
3. It is an ideal binder for rapid-hardening and high-strength low cement castables.
4. It is also suitable for high alumina or fireclay low cement refractory castables used under 1450℃.
5. Its price is much lower than pure calcium aluminate so that it can make the cost lower.
6. It needs moisture-proof protection and can be used at least within six months if it is stored under dry conditions.
