Glass lined equipment is made of glass coating and steel plate, glass coating is fused onto the surface of steel plate at high temperature, which causes the glass lining tightly combined with the steel plate together, so the equipment has the advantages anti-corrosion for glass and strength for stell plate. The glass lining not only is one best anti-corrosive material, and has characteristics of the smoothly surface, wear-resisting, heat-resisting, easy to wash, material not to pollute and so on.
Glass lined equipment are widely used in chemicals , medicines, dyes, foods, pesticides etc, for the process of reaction, evaporation, concentration, synthesis, polymerization, saponification, sulfonation, chlorination, nitration and so on, in stead of the stainless steel and the non-ferrous metal equipment.
Equipment characteristic:
1.Corrosion proof: very good to each kind of density inorganic acid, the organic acid, the organic solvent and the weak alkali (the hydrofluoric acid, The medium contains the fluorine ion, the density≥ 30%, the temperature ≥180 ℃ thick phosphoric acid and the strong alkali are an exception).
2. Impact bearing: Bearing 220×10-3J machinery impact, avoid the hard things impacting in using.
3.Insulating property: glass lining surface with 20,000 V high-voltage test strictly.
4. Heat resistance: The heat emergency resistant: cooling shock 110 ℃, thermal shock 120 ℃; the suitable temperature: -20 ℃ <t ≤200 ℃
5. Glass lining thickness: 0.8-2.0mm
