Today's busy lifestyle does not afford us time to bake cake from scratch. With DBE International Inc. well-tested cake and bread mixes you can replace almost any grandmother recipe with a mix. With a cake mix you simply place the liquid ingredients, usually eggs, oil and water into your mixing bowl, add the dry mix, stir to moisten and beat for the amount of time specified in the recipes directions.

CHOCOLATE SPONGE CAKE: Excellent volume from a Chocolate Sponge.

WHITE TRI-SILK CAKE MIX: This mix will give you a moist cake with good shelf life. Makes an excellent muffin.

SUPER PUDDING CAKE MIX: A fluffy pudding cake that holds fruit, gives good volume and stays moist!

WHITE LAYER CAKE MIX: An easy to use layer cake that bakes off with square shoulders and gives good volume and shelf life.

CHOCOLATE LAYER CAKE: Same as above with a nice chocolate flavor.

COMPLETE WHITE CAKE MIX: Just add water! A layer cake with good volume and a great taste.

DEVILS FOODS CAKE MIX: A gourmet chocolate cake, very dark, moist and versatile with low volume and excellent shelf life.

SUPER SPICE CAKE MIX: A heavier version of above with more spice and molasses added. This cake has a unique flavor.

VELVIT CRÈME: An instant custard with above properties with the added creamy flavor.

BROWNIE MIX: A high percentage of cocoa with a dense structure makes this a delectable dessert.

OATMEAL COOKIE MIX: Just like mom used to make. Add water and bake.

MACAROON COOKIE MIX: Just add water and you have a beautiful moist macaroon that will stay soft.

PLAIN MUFFIN MIX: Add eggs, oil & water and fruit of your choice to make a delicious muffin.

CHOCOLATE MUFFIN MIX: Same as above with a rich chocolate flavor.

EURO-9 GRAIN BREAD BASE: This is a high protein, high grain, No Fat and low sodium bread base. Similar to a heavy European loaf. All Natural. Mix 1 part base to 1 part flour.

GREAT CANADIAN 9-GRAIN: This grain bread is also rich in grains, but gives better volume while still giving great taste. Also great for making bagels. Again No Added Fat. Mix 1 part base to 1 part flour.

NUTRITOUS 9-GRAIN: A more concentrated form of Great Canadian 9-Grain. Mix 1 part base to 2 parts flour. Great for large production bakeries
