MOHOSAN SD is a mold inhibitor constituted for CALCIUM PROPIONATE, which has a purity of 98% min, prepared with a modern technology. Its properties guarantee a very good protection against a variety of molds and decrease the microbial growth, specially that of Bacillus mesenthericus (“rope” developer). Its activity is better at pH = 5, meanwhile it functions at higher levels of pH.
