Market Background

Constructing economical, environment-friendly society and developing sustainable, recycling economy are the important goal of China's modernization. With the development of construction and real estate and the rapid process of urbanization in China, and because of the goods of natural, environmental protection and durability, the wood structure and anti-corrosive wood products was chosen by the domestic companies of architectural design and landscaping works projects as the first choice to use. The advanced anti-corrosive wood products and technical equipment of the developed countries swarmed into China, this greatly promoted the development of the anti-corrosive wood production of China, and following this, the Chinese anti-corrosive wood manufacturers and dealers is increasing quickly. According to the forecasting of the domestic authoritative department, China's construction industry, the real estate industry will keep the growth rate of over 10% in the coming 20-30 years, and the rate of urbanization will over 50%. This will undoubtedly constitute a huge market demand for landscape architecture timber construction, which was the closest to nature for human, and which was suitable for the pursuit of human nature. At present, the annual output value of the domestic anticorrosive log occupy only about 1% of the commercial wood production, compared with the United States, Canada, Finland, Sweden, and other countries in the proportion of 15%, we have a long way to go, but we have the biggest potential in the world.

Guangdong is China's most economically-developed province. From 2000 till now; the construction industry and real estate industry have been keeping the average annual growth of 16%, and owned China's highest level of urbanization. The recently promulgated "planning of cities and towns in Guangdong Province (2006-2020)" has been set the goal of reaching 65% of the province's urbanization level in 2000. Pearl River Delta cities and towns will reach the level of 80%. Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Foshan and other cities will first come into a "Garden at the city, at Garden City "eco-cities among china¡¯s other big cities, and further increase investment in urban infrastructure construction, overall planning, landscape, old city reconstruction, city¡¯s environment protection and so on. Among them, the venue for the 2010 Asian Games and other related construction funds, Guangzhou invested more than 200 billion Yuan. All these will undoubtedly constitute a huge market demand for architecture and garden wood structure and anticorrosive wood building materials. China's timber resources are very limited.
